Synbiote was founded by a diverse team of scientists and product designer.
Starting with sörzero, our first foray into sustainable product development was a biotech-based FMCG project reimagining the brewing process for non-alcoholic beer. Launching sörzero from concept to market in under 150 days was a bold statement of our team's resilience, agility, and ability to apply rigorous scientific principles to commercial product development.

sörzero is the world’s first non-alcoholic tea-based beer that has been crafted from the molecule up to bypass fermentation and achieve 0.00% ABV.
Sustainably brewed in Sydney, Australia, sörzero uses energy-saving methods and Biota360’s proprietary technology to repurpose the post-brew waste. At only 20 calories per can, this is one beer that is good for you and won't harm the planet.
